This Misty Day

Rhubarb pie and lanterns

 

I baked rhubarb pie today. It's my favorite! - Ok, one of them :)

And then my sister and godson visited. We made some shopping for the summer cottage. Coffee cups, candles, pillows etc. Then we came to my place for a coffee break.

 And before they left, we made some lanterns. I had some empty glass jars and then we little decorated those with silk papers, pearls and various ribbons. It was quite nice day.

It's weekend :)

Nice and slow weekend morning again. It's so good after yesterday's hectic workday.

I'm waiting for some visitors later today. My sister and her son are coming and we are planing to go do some shopping. Good day to spend in the shops - it's raining again.

I got nice orange postcard from my friend. I love to get post, like letters and cards etc.

Today I shouls clean the house. I hate cleaning but love the feeling afterwards. So probably it's worth it :)

Lunch at Her Place

 I visited my friend's house for the first time today. What a beautiful home she has! The whole place was a full of light and a lot of white color. I really did like it.
We had such a lovely lunch moment.

When the rain came down

Good Monday Morning!

It's cloudy and windy morning. Sun is gone. I don't mind. I would love to have big rain - nature needs it, I need it.

I'm just sitting here in my kitchen drinking morning coffee. Boyfriend is still sleeping. I couldn't anymore, they are building houses around ours and the noise is not nice at all. Can't sleep later than seven. But it's ok. Days feel longer when I'm not sleeping that late:)

Going to have just few meetings today and after those, we might watch some good movies.
